2. Click here to request a FREE mental health pack by post. Takes a couple of weeks and costs us around £7.50 (2 example packs are pictured).

3. Click here to buy a printed and bound mental health pack book delivered by post. Funds raised go to Kindness Community to help us continue our work.

These are processed by 1 volunteer who also battles her physical and mental health so please be patient. We are inundated with requests. We aim to get your pack to you within 4 weeks. Please be aware we are based in UK. International requests may take longer.

We fundraise all year to enable us to send packs like these for free to people in need. Each pack is put together with love by volunteers and sent with kindness direct to your door. Fundraising endeavours include product sales on our website, on pop-up stalls, at Kindness & Wellbeing Group in Dartford and our virtual Craft Market. We are grateful of any donations to support our work.

Waiting lists for mental health support are growing longer and longer and often nothing is available while you wait. While these packs are in no way a substitute for professional counselling, therapy or mental health support, we hope they will provide a glimmer of hope if you're having a tough time.
